REFUNDS & returns

We only refund orders that were sent incorrectly, or orders that were unfulfilled; your concern must be reported within 24 hours of expected delivery time.

If an item (not cosmetics) has arrived in poor condition then email  cosmeticsantonio@gmail.com  with your concerns about your item.

COSMETICS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

 

       HOW DO I EDIT/ CANCEL PLACED ORDER?

To cancel or edit any orders that have been placed within the last 24 hours, please email cosmeticsantonio@gmail.comwith the subject 'ORDER CANCELLATION' or 'ORDER EDIT' followed by your order number ( eg, ORDER CANCELLATION #1417 ) with your concerns, and all will be sorted as soon as possible.

       WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

All items are subject to availability, so items will be labelled as 'OUT OF STOCK' or just won't be on our website if unavailable. However, during times of high demands the stock may not match so we will contact you and fully refund you, in that case. ( MUST HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT )

SHIPPING
      HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
If the items are in stock, all orders will be shipped within 48 hours.
Orders will arrive within 2-3 days once shipped.
ANTONIO COSMETICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISSING PARCELS DURING SHIPPING.

PAYMENTS
      WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE EXCEPTED?
 We accept PAYPAL.
       IS MY PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE?
